What is Giving Day?

College is an exciting time but can present some very real and very diverse challenges for students as they strive toward completing their education. Securing food or transportation and running into unforeseen emergencies are just some of the areas that sometimes sideline a student from accomplishing their coursework on time or completing their education. Middlesex College Giving Day was created to help students jump over obstacles like the ones mentioned below.

Giving Day is a 24-hour giving event, empowering you to unleash your generosity by helping to support Middlesex College students – TOGETHER, we are a FORCE for positive student impact.

Your gift, combined with the gifts of others, can help in the following areas for students:

  • Student Emergency Fund – assists students with transportation challenges and emergencies related to housing, healthcare, childcare, technology, Wi-Fi access and more.
  • Community Resource Hub & Food Pantry – enables students a place for weekly grocery shopping, prepared frozen meals, personal, feminine hygienic products and baby essentials.
  • Ticket to Success – Bus Pass Program –
  • Chromebook Ownership – Empowers students with the technology needed to thrive in the classroom and beyond. Students keep and own their Chromebook upon graduation.
